Making chocolate ganache is really this simple.
Bring 3/4 cup heavy cream to a boil.
Pour it over 8oz of good chocolate.
Stir until smooth.
Let set a few minutes.
Then pour it over your cake, or dip your cupcakes into it.
Tasty and simple!
